LFW Day 3

My third day of LFW started with House of Evolution's show which represented three designers; Delada, Zeynep Tosun and Nadine Merabi.
Delada stuck to classic cuts and shapes but enriched the collection with sheer fabrics and satin parts in garments such as collars and sleeves.
Zeynep Tosun's first look was super cool! The big red leather rucksack made it for me. At the end there was a silver backpack worn with a shearing coat. All in all the collection is perfect for the strong female globetrotter; details of each part of the world were included - from the hair style and silver elephant necklaces and red twig pattern to the ultimate rucksack where she can stuff all her souvenirs into.
I think Sandra from 5inchandup would like some pieces of the collection. I remember this post in the early days of her blog where she wore a huge ASOS rucksack.
Nadine Merabi was a complete difference from the previous collection. It was all about eveningwear with beautiful details such as a neckholder which replaces a necklace, and feathers, soft glitter and embroidery shaped like leaves.
Two bags I snapped before the next presentation.
The Raffaele Ascione presentation was really good. I loved the modern clean cuts in basic colours combined with different shapes and structures of lace. And those peplum trousers are just awesome; they remind me of Alexander Wang's fall 2010 cut-off leggings which were wider at the ankle (not that they really look similar...).
My last show of the day was Pam Hogg. The designs weare really interesting and inspired by the Wild West (the collection was called Wildlife) and brought to the present with metallic, sheer and bondage elements. I especially liked the pink glitter dress you can see below. Pam Hogg's collection was more about experimentation rather than wearability although you could say that about most of her designs.
Today I have two shows to attend in the evening. Speak to you then!
